Yami in Mooresville

They have amazing dumplings and egg rolls. I get them a few times a month. The people there are friendly and the service is quick. Their chili sauce is amazing!

I have been a loyal customer for 12yrs. I moved 3 yrs ago and still had deliveries frequently. Now after 3 yrs they said I’m too far to deliver. The driver said you’re 6 miles away! Really 6 whole miles?? Guess business is so good that you don’t care about loyal customers. Sorry customer service!

Best dumplings outside of Chinatown in NYC!!!

Having had the best Chinese take-out New York City has to offer, I can confidently say that YAMI could compete with them. Like any place, quality can vary, but this place is consistently excellent with their food (they even have some options that I've never seen other take-out places have), service has always been cordial and professional, and, the best part, it's not pricey at all. As far as what you can expect from a Chinese take-out spot, YAMI satisfies enough in every regard; 10/10, would recommend.

Just recently moved to Mooresville and tried Yami for the first time. The woman at the counter got our order wrong and first told my husband that it was my fault and second never offered to fix the order. Then, my sesame tofu was mushy and watery. The sauce tasted like tomato soup. Won't be dining here again.

Always good food and good service. Every time I am in the area, I make it a habit to go eat there.

The food is great and I've ordered there for years, but for the first time I ordered a Qt. of pork fried rice and Qt. beef lo mein. The rice was in a traditional carton and the lo mein was in a plastic container as though I order a combination. Why not package the same? I've seen it done. I felt I got so much more rice than lo mein per qt..

A great chinese place located in (hicksville) aka mooresville, north carolina.

Just ate lunch here. I ordered the cashew chicken. I do not believe the chicken is real chicken. I am in my 50's, and in all my life have NEVER had cooked chicken that was soft, squishy, and not firm. It did not Taste like chicken, almost more like the texture of scallops. So disappointed i did not eat it, not knowing what the so callex chicken actually was. Would love to have the health inspector verify the product.

Everyone is always so nice. And they remember who you are. My family has gone there for years and enjoyed it all!

$5.50 lunch that includes a drink, clean fast and friendly. It is not a fine dinning restaurant, but as far as I am concerned, the quality of service and food makes this the best place for a hard working man, budget aware, healthy man like myself to eat.

I think the Yami has deteriorated over the years. I think their food was much better when they first opened then it is today.

Food is always good. I love the chow mai fun, spring rolls and Chinese donuts. Their shrimp sauce is very good. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins for pick up, the foods usually ready in the bag waiting for me :)

It is a very clean restaurant, you can watch them cook your food and it is so delicious... love there lo mein and moo shu chicken. We love there food and great people work there as well.

Did not enjoy the food, the veggies and meats are drenched in sauce, a lot of sauce. My son also ordered the fried rice and nearlt threw up, none of us finished our food. However the people there a super nice :)
